Vision-Built Ltd have successfully achieved SCI/NHBC Stage 1 System Certification for their light steel framing system. The construction system has been certified for residential buildings up to ten storeys in accordance with NHBC Standards Chapter 6.10.
The design philosophy of the Vision-Built system follows Eurocode BS EN 1993-1-3 for the design of the cold formed steel sections which form the basic components of the system. The recent certification for Vision-Built includes improved construction details and extended thermal modelling and U-Value calculations.
